What is the minimum & maximum finance amount AEON Credit offers?
AEON Credit offer 1 Personal Financing Scheme, AEON iCash. The finance amount for AEON iCash is from RM1,000 till up to a maksimum of RM 50,000.
What is the chargeable profit rate?
The chargeable profit rate is based on the finance amount and customers status Express Cardmembers or non Express Cardmembers.

What are the chargeable fees?
For AEON iCash the processing fee is 6% chargeable for finance amount between RM 1,000 - RM 4,999. There is no processing fee for finance amount between RM 5,000 - RM 50,000. RM5 stamp duty for every RM1,000 of the finance amount is chargeable.
What is the loan repayment tenure?
AEON iCash repayment tenure is from 6 - 60 months.
How do you calculate the credit limit for AEON Credit’s Personal Financing Schemes?
Credit limit is based on customer’s monthly net salary. On average of 5x of individual’s gross salary after deduction of applicant’s fixed commitment.
What are the documentations required for application?
For salaried employee, we required the following documents:
Original Identity Card
Last 3 month’s pay slip (1 month's payslip for Multi National Company Employees)
Latest 6 month's payslip for non - permanent Staff
Latest updated bank saving account passbook or bank statement (For verification purpose)
Latest EPF statement (Encourage to print in AEON counter Kiosk), or
Latest Salary account which showed salary credited, or
Latest BE/E form & Tax payment receipt
For self employed, you should provide the above document (except pay slip) and
Original Identity Card
Company Business Registration Certificate (ROC & ROB)
Latest 6 months Company's principle current account statement

Do I need to pay any security deposit?
Security deposit is not required.
How long is the approval process?
The usual turnaround time is 1 hour. Subjected to the finance amount. Terms and Conditions apply.
How do I make loan repayment?
Payment is acceptable via:
Telegraphic Transfer to account (TT)
Post Dated Cheque (PDC)
Perform Inter-bank GIRO (IBG)
Cash deposit machine at selected AEON Credit’s outlets at Klang Valley
How do I get my loan upon approval?
Usually, approved finance amount would be transferred to appointed bank savings/current account.
Secondly, customers can withdraw from our ATM (at selected Klang Valley outlets) after signing of S & P Agreement at AEON Credit’s counters. Withdrawal can be conducted at the following AEON Credit outlets:
Is there is any down payment required prior to loan release?
There are no further charges that customers need to pay upfront. However, AEON iCash applicants will be charged on the processing fee and stamp duty prior to the release of final disbursement.
Processing fee is not applicable for finance amount between RM 5,000 - RM 50,000.
Do I need to sign any agreement? Where can I sign?
Upon approval customers are required to sign Sales & Purchase Agreement prior to release finance amount at AEON Credit’s outlets.
When is the payment due?
The payment is due on every 2nd of the month.
What is the late payment charge?
Administration charges for late payment are as follow:
After due date until 10th
From 11th until 18th
From 19th until account closed which is still overdue
What is Bai Al Inah principle?
Bai Al Inah referred to ‘Immediate Cash’. It involves 2 buy and sell transactions taking place one after another.
First transaction Customer purchase and AEON Credit will sell product at agreed price (which shall be equivalent to the approved finance amount). Customer will undertake to pay the agreed sales price on installment basis over an agreed period.
Second transaction Customer will sell the product and AEON Credit will purchase the product from customer at an agreed price, which is equivalent to the approved finance amount. AEON Credit will then disburse the Purchase price to customer account (after deduction necessary fees).

What are major risks?
Late Payment Charges will be imposed and the outstanding loan amount will be higher in the event you default in your repayment. If you have a problem meeting your loan obligations, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives.
