How long will it takes to process the AEON-Biz application?

We will try to process your application as soon as possible on the condition that all the required documents are being provided and checking can be done within the time frame. Normally the processing time is within 5 to 7 working days.

Can I make early settlement for the easy payment and any charges imposed upon early settlement?

Yes, you can make early settlement for the easy payment and there will be no extra charges imposed but rebate will be given upon early settlement.

Do I need to pledge any of my company assets in order to be eligible for the AEON-Biz easy payment?

There is no collateral required to apply for AEON-Biz easy payment, only guarantee from the directors and/or shareholders is/are required.

Do I need to provide any downpayment for my Company's purchases?

We provide 100% financing, thus your Company is not required to make any downpayment

For normal item such as office furniture, PC items & electrical appliances, the maximum finance amount is RM30,000 but for office automation, the maximum finance amount is up to RM50,000.

What is the loan repayment tenure?

For normal item such as office furniture, PC items & electrical appliances, the maximum loan repayment tenure is 36 months but for office automation, the maximum repayment tenure is up to 60 months.

How to Apply for AEON-Biz :

Step 1 - Head over to your nearest merchant
• List of the merchants can be obtained from our participating merchants.

Step 2 - Fill in Application Form
• Once selected the required products, you need to fill in the Application form which can be obtained from our participating merchants.

Step 3 - Compilation of Documents
• You need to compile all the required documents and submit to the selected merchant.
• Upon compilation of complete documents, the merchant will submit to AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd for processing.

Step 4 - Loan Confirmation
• Merchant will be informed of the loan status and if approval is granted, merchant can proceed with the delivery of the products, subject to the terms and conditions (if any).

Step 5 - Loan Repayment
• Monthly repayment can be done by issuing Post Dated Cheques or by Auto-Debit Deduction (panel banks: Alliance Bank, Ambank, Bank Muamalat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, CIMB Bank, Maybank, RHB Bank & Standard Chartered).
